"The house was in need of a thorough dusting upon arrival, and there were several soft spots in the flooring that were concerning. The temperature inside the house never got below 72 degrees, making every room feel hot and uncomfortable during our stay. Additionally, the pictures in the listing were misleading and did not accurately reflect the actual condition or appearance of the house. Overall, we were disappointed because the property did not meet expectations based on the listing."

"The"

"Clean room,it's an older place but they do provide towel service daily and clean any day you ask them to. Plenty of free parking,I liked the location a lot, minutes away from all the tourist places in Pigeon Forge. It's a basic motel that does have a pool but no extras like breakfast or a workout room. The price was very reasonable and way less then any other place I checked. I'll definitely stay with them next time."

"Clean, friendly, and very nice breakfast. Building was pretty."

"The most awesome feature of this property is the location. It is located close to all attractions in Pigeon Forge. It is on the Pigeon River. There were geese sleeping in the water at night. There is a pavilion with a fireplace by the water."

"Didn't realize pet friendly, I'm scared of dogs. their owners did well handle the pets should have second elevator."

"Nice clean place, comfortable bed, pool was a Lil cold was supposed to be heated Perfect spot on the parkway"

"The river view was nice"

"Excelent"

"Air conditioner worked great. Staff was very friendly."

"The hotel is in a great location. It is clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was very good. There is a fire feature in the center of a very beautiful sitting area. They have a pool. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning."

"The property was very nice and staff were friendly. The breakfast option, purchase only, was highly priced especially for the quality of the food. For example, a bowl of oatmeal was almost $10! Apple juice was $7. For two people, we spent $34. That’s ridiculous. That is why I rated our stay okay."

"This is our 2nd experience with an obvious assignment inferior if booked through a 3rd party such as Expedia. The place was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again but not book through a 3rd party."

"The room was spacious and very clean. The property was very nice and well maintained. The only criticism I have is that the beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable for us. We prefer a softer mattress. But this is definitely one of the nicest and largest rooms we’ve had. We really were quite happy with it."
