"It was fine. Kind of chaotic at check in/check out. Parking is EXPENSIVE and they seemed very confused that my party of 6 arrived in two vehicles. Breakfast and the room were great."

"Breakfast was good, room was clean. Barn door to bathroom not installed properly, Commode was running, one shade was broke. Elevators were very dirty. Staff was friendly and parking was at a premium bit valet personal were extremely helpful and polite."

"Bathroom smelled of urine, toilet wouldn't flush a kleenex in 3 flushes. And there were 3 in the room. Ran out of toilet paper had to use said kleenex. The room was hot and musty smelling. Coffee maker didn't work right, and no microwave. Staff was friendly and kind. The hotel itself is beautiful. Beds and furniture in room was comfortable and clean."

"The hotel did not have bell service; the ice machine on our floor did not work; the internet was slow and could not connect; and when my wife called the front desk, there was no help. The bed was uncomfortable. This hotel did not meet any expectations of a Weston hotel, and to end on a positive note, the best part of the hotel was the valet service. They were on their game with fast service and a positive attitude."

"The hotel and the view itself are wonderful, but the bar hopping until after 2:30 and the drag races that occurred on the main strip outside of our room made for very little sleep. Also, important to note there are only 3 elevators in the east tower and there is a wait during certain hours due to high volumes of people going to rooms/rooftop bar."
