"Great place for a one night stay. We stayed here the night before our cruise left. Its about 10 mins from the port. Breakfast was good as well. The only thing I didn't like was they charged us 15$ for parking at night. Other than that it was a good stay."

"We booked a Villa and thought it would nicer than a standard room. The floors where dirty and the floor tiles where broken. It had a mini kitchen and fridge with no utensils to use the kitchen for anything. Would not recommend."

"I've been to plenty Tru by Hilton hotels for years and this is the worst. When I first walk in the room the bathroom had a half roll of toilet paper not to mention the toilet was clogged up before I could even use and not enough towels for me and my partner. Rooms were not properly clean and barely could get the TV to work. Valet was taking 20-30 mins to park and retrieve my car. The next time I'm in town I will be finding elsewhere and I could barely get the help from the desk."

"we found the resort to be one of the best parts of an already amazing vacation. One tiny nitpick we would give is the lack of a shower barrier actually can lead to problems like the water leaking into the room and it never drying, or even damaging electronics plugged in across the shower room. also it would have been nice to have fresh protein options for breakfast (simple things like scrambled eggs and sausages and bacon and such). but overall it was amazing and we are most definitely coming...

"Excellent Front Desk Staff!! I had my 83 year old mother in law visiting. They were so kind to provide me with a wheel chair to transport her through the walkway and to her room. Valet was amazing, they were quick, engaging and very professional. Housekeeping was attentive and very accommodating when they provided us with toothbrushes and toothpaste after we forgot to bring ours. Pool and beach staff were fantastic too.
