"The property is run by a very small crew. There was no one to welcome us. We needed to checkout early, spoke to the man at the front desk, but then received a call from off the premises to ask if we checked out. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The rug was old. There was a dirty toilet bowl brush in the bathroom. The shower had hair in it. The bed is very low to the floor. I wouldn’t stay there again since there are so many other choices. "

"Was in town for a concert at Nissan Stadium, short walk over pedestrian bridge was easy. Great location, right off broadway! Thought noise from broadway would be bad but we slept peacefully. Security locks at ground level and room were a plus however on multiple occasions ground floor lock was not working. "Not the best, not the worst. My sister and I stayed here with our three kids on spring break. We arrived at night and were a bit troubled by the amount of homeless individuals near the are. It’s off the beaten path and close to the city jail, so it was a little worrisome arriving at night. While the property smelled like new construction, it was a bit rough around the edges. Lots of scuffs and dings and dingy corners. "
