"The man who checked us in was pleasant and kind. He had to deal with a man who was lingering outside the hotel & kept coming in. The area around the hotel didn't feel the safest. Our room was loud, we could hear music from the casino close by, doors constantly slamming and I don't know if it was a car backfiring or gun shots that we heard a few times. "Had to move rooms because shower head was pouring out water from the wall at 4 am in the morning. Room we were moved into had issues with shower pressure and temperature, thought it was going to stall mid shower. Staff was very sweet and helpful, room was clean."
