"I understand the location of this property, but beyond being dated, it also lacked care and maintenance. Definitely not worth the price. The one saving grace was that it still openable windows."
"No elevator. It said breakfast ends at 9am got there at exactly 9am there was nothing. So either they are super fast at putting things up or there was no breakfast at all."
"The staff was always friendly and helpful. However, we were there 3 days and on day 1 both the Ice Makers were not working, our Heating & A/C unit did not work and the back entry did not look like it had been cleaned for weeks. On day 2 the Ice Machine was working and they cleaned the back entry way. On day 3 our Heating & A/C unit was repaired. It certainly was not our best experience at a Hotel, but I probably would go back. Again, the staff was very pleasant to work with."
"Sewer gas smell made us sick so we checked out and into a better place. I would never go back there and would not recommend this place to anyone. And the pool was closed."
"I book for a full week, and I left the next day. Bed bugs, no tv, ac wasn’t working. There’s no stuff at the desk. They have a computer monitor and that’s how you talk to the front desk. Crazy dirty place."
"There was mold in the AC unit and the Shower exhaust fan did not function properly. Also in room 105 One of the beds had a noticeable indentation. Next, I had to summon the male receptionist to literally turn the TV on because it’s a two step process. First you press the Aux button and secondly, the power button. At this point I was fed up. The hotel is in a very very VERY isolated area. If you miss your turn on “Vernelli Dr” GPS will recommend that you go on a rocky dirt road BEHIND “Vernelli’s auto/Towing warehouse.” Once again very isolated and practically invisible depending on which direction you’re coming from. I was transferred to room 106 without any rebuttals. In room 106 there’s no ironing board. When I inquired about such a Female receptionist met me with “ Legally it’s not required to have an iron and ironing board in every room”. Then proceeded to give me a percentage of what’s required by the hotel. “Yes Sir!” Or “Right away Sir” is actually the correct response- Not greeting me with the technicality. I eventually followed her to a vacant open room and she retrieved the board for me. After playing hardball with me she started to treading lightly by asking me about my hat. Long story short she told me that there was an extraterrestrial reading a book if you turn the Chicago Bulls cap upside down. Interesting to say the least but that’s neither here nor there. I did not enjoy my stay to say the least and will require a full Refund ASAP!!!"
