"Clean room, friendly and helpful staff"

"I had read so many bad reviews about the hotel I was a bit nervous about what we would turn up to! The lady on reception was so lovely and welcoming. We had a big room with a lovely sea view so I was happy, the room yes was old and outdated but it didn’t smell and it was clean! Bathroom was great with a bath and shower and the water was nice and hot. The room was very hot though had to open all the windows and this meant we could totally hear the nightclub over the road and everyone outside so we didn’t get much sleep due to that but it’s not the hotels fault. The actual hotel noise was quiet. For the price we paid I was happy and it was staying in that room again I’d definitely stay again but maybe not on a weekend night when the nightclub was open 😂 "

"Everything was perfect. Lovely room which was immaculately clean and well presented. Stephen and Neil were perfect hosts and clearly work really hard to ensure their guests have a lovely stay. Great location for everything in the area. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you!"

"Visited before and same positive experience, staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious with hot water from shower and great views over harbour and sea. Food in bar and breakfast was delicious. Overall no complaints!"
