"I was not aware an airport shuttle was available at this hotel. Despite my room being nicely oresented and clean my stay was poor because, having an early flight the next morning I needed to sleep but as the sound proofing was non existent the guests simply walking in the room above me prevented me from sleeping...the noise was unbearable, I did not sleep at all and the bed was so hard I was forced to wrap the thin duvet around me for some comfort. There was no temperature control to the room...

"We were pleasantly surprised at what a wonderful stay we had at Tanes Hotel this weekend! Considering the competitive price, the room was large and spacious. It was kitted out with everything you could need for a short stay, towels, extra blankets, toiletries, tea and coffee facilities, etc. The bedroom and bathroom were also pristinely cleaned. "Overall our stay was very pleasant; the staff friendly and helpful. However we had a room for 3 adults and apart from having to pull the sofa bed out and make it ourselves it was extremely uncomfortable with a mattress so thin the metal work could be felt. We would also have liked hot milk at breakfast (for weetabix) which we were told wasn't available. The hotel served our purpose but was not the same standard as other Best Western hotels. "
