"Property was ideal location for my trip. Lots of good local bars and eateries. Property itself in need of some TLC. Basic breakfast as no cooked vegetarian option. Room was basic. Very few other residents so very quiet at night."

"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"1st night was terrible but when approached the staff where excellent and throughout the stay extended by 2 nights to 6 in all could not have done more. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone and will possibly be using it again if expected occasion happens"

"Dave and his Mum were lovely and made us feel very welcome. His Mum gave us great information on places to go. We visited New Brighton and Port Sunlight Hotel room was a great size, bed was comfortable Bedding was lovely. Bathroom was great Good shower nice and hot Brekkie was great too Lovely stay! Lots of parking spaces"
