"The hotel is a lovely building, the staff were nice"

"All was great"

"Stayed for a wedding 💒 every thing was thought of and loved our room opposite the main venue … real milk! Loads of charm , great Fullers Find xx"

"Really poor service from the reception team. We were charged for the room again at check out because she didn’t speak to us before charging to a card. It wasn’t even the card used to book but one used to pay for breakfast. We were then told that she couldn’t fix it and WE had to email guest relations. We did and the guest relations sent an email back saying accounts will refund us IF the charge was taken twice in 3-7 days. Accidents happen but this has been dealt with incredibly poorly and...

"Lovely old building with smells of a proper English b&b"

"The staff were very helpful and the room was spacious with comfortable beds. The heating system in the lobby/sitting room area was pretty noisy. Needs some attention. The dining area was pleasant with a reasonable breakfast. A bit of sourdough bread wouldn't have gone amiss. I loved the garden with its beautiful trees and can see it would be a good wedding venue."

"Thanks"

"We had a lovely one-night stay at House 41 while visiting Aylesbury Theatre. The room was spotless, warm and welcoming, making it a lovely place to relax after our evening out. Helen, the owner, was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was freshly cooked, delicious and the perfect start to the day. We couldn’t fault our stay and would highly recommend House 41 to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We would definitely return if we’re in the...

"A low grade place pretending to be upscale. Unhelpful staff, water damaged bathroom, stained carpet, rabit warren layout, seemingly miles walk to my room. An ok butter chicken dinner in the bar."

"Breakfast was a good bonus. Good quality food and coffee. Bed was not great and had very little sleep. Springs in the bed were loud too every time you moved. Couch and foot rest were nice. Bathroom tiles need a good clean, dirty around edges.TV would not turn off using remote so had to unplug. Carpet stains on corridors and my room. For £92 with parking £12 (included in the £92) and with breakfast it was probably ok value for a Friday night in Luton. Staff at front desk helpful and friendly....

"The bed linen was very dirty, and there was a lot of noise in the middle of the night—apparently someone was cleaning—so it wasn't a pleasant experience."

"We booked a Premium room which turned out to be in the ground floor. It was quite dark with minimal Room lighting. Also the bathroom was quite small with very little space to set up sponge bags etc plus hardly any hanging hooks for towels. I mentioned this at checkout and the very nice receptionist said if I ha d mentioned at the start they could have moved us to an upper floor after the weekend, but the hotel was pretty full when we arrived so I guess we just drew a short straw?"

"Perfect for a one-night stay. Staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and very clean. The shower was great and the bathroom was spotless. Best part was the included breakfast - lots of choice and good quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!"
