"This property was in a area that feels safe, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. It has a good-size parking lot withNO parking fees. It's clean and all types of staff are friendly and helpful. I used the gym which has plenty of tradmills and bikes. The room was a good size for the price with plenty of drawers, shelf space in the bathroom and charging outlets. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of hot ites and fresh-brewed coffee."

"We have really liked this hotel. It’s close to Hofstra and close to the LIRR Mineola station, as well as a very short walk to Roosevelt Field Mall. A couple of weird things: the hallway outside our room was very cold (here during odd cold snap in late April), and there is no place to hang up towels. I’m glad to reuse our towels but not if they have to be scrunched into a cubby. There need to at least be hooks in the bathroom. I also noticed there is no disposal in the kitchen sink, if that...

"Had a great stay last weekend! The staff was amazing. So friendly, very helpful. The room was comfortable but the hotel is a bit outdated and run down. The lobby was very nice, but elevators and rooms could use a face lift. Overall it was a fine stay and the location was specifically what I needed but there are nicer hotels for the same cost in the area."

"TV didn’t work as in the regular channels weren’t even on and the TV kept saying it is disconnected to WiFi even though I kept putting the password give to me. No WiFi, elevator is slow and stinks and takes forever. No conditioner or soap. Bath tub was dirty, I had to clean. I stayed for 1 night so it was ok but I cannot imagine staying there for a week."
