"Plenty of parking spaces and our room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Be advised though there is no maid service for your room unless you stay longer than 3 days and you will need to ask front desk for clean towels or other needed items. When we checked in we weren't told this and finally went to front desk after 2 days of no clean towels and were told this policy. Also, due to several large groups staying there at same time as us they ran out of a lot of breakfast items like yogurt,...

"Staff was pleasant. Room carpet was dirty. Needs replaced. Chair in room needs cleaned or replace. Breakfast at 9am. No eggs, no bread for toast, no coffee cups. Food counter was a mess. Was in a hurry and couldn't wait for food to be ready. Breakfast was to be part of what the room costed. Paid more for nothing. Also did not like the maid knocking on the door a 8am for housekeeping."

"Breakfast had so much variety! Since being home, my phone was missing. I called the front desk, who got housecleaning to check my room. They both responded so quickly and kindly. Phone has been found."

"This was our first time to stay at Drury Inn. We were pleasantly surprised. the breakfast was very good and the kickback hour was not just drinks and hors d’oeuvres. It was an actual meal, also very good. Overall, the facility was clean and well-maintained. We will look for Drury Inn on our next vacation."

"Other travelers need a good srt of directions - the hotel is blocked by the Drury Hotel . If it wasn't for a good GPS, I would probably still be looking for it. Once there, the hotel had ample parking and multiple exits which were equiped with ample luggage carts. The air conditioning unit was very noisy."

"Pool was incredibly dirty. You could see the oil floating on the top and when you got in it stirred hair and dirt up to where you were basically covered in particles and hair. The rooms are fairly clean but my sheets and towels were stained with yellow spots. They also ran out of towels at 6pm on a Saturday. Definitely not as nice as pictured. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again."

"It was a very clean and safe feeling hotel. I didn’t like that a big truck parked along the handicap parking so no one could get in nor out. Luckily I did find parking close enough. The lady that checked me in was super quiet and took a personal call on the work phone and put me on hold while talking. However the front desk agent in the morning was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing! My kids especially enjoyed the waffle bar."

"We felt like we were with family. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was great. The hot tub and pools make it so much more enjoyable. They offer a mini dinner from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm, which I thought was a great asset, especially for families. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The only issue was that the dryer was not working when I was there. Overall, I would stay there again."

"Best hotel we have stayed in a long time! Quiet, clean, smoke and pet free rooms. We have nothing against pets but would like to stay in a room where a pet has not slept in/on the beds. Breakfast area clean and the food was good. Close to the highway allowing easy access off/on. Highly recommend and would stay here again!"
