However, the major concern breakfast food was limited and staff couldn't keep up with the amount of people and children were there for spring break! The hotel amenities were great with the various pools and lounging areas with huge firepits! Staff was amazing from bartenders to the front desk. Love Shana at the front desk. "The air conditioner is extremely noisy and will keep you up. The place is right on the street so you hear traffic all night. The fitness center has hardly anything and the one machine was broken. We actually couldn’t get a refund so we paid for another hotel rather than stay there"

"I was in room 104. Ac was broken. They said they would try to find me a fan, never did. Finally got them to move me to another room after sweating it out for 2 nights. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful … cozy, elegant, and exceptionally clean. The location is perfect with easy parking, onsite laundry, and even a Starbucks, which I loved. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly! We truly enjoyed every part of our visit. The rooftop deck is stunning and such a highlight of the property. We’ll absolutely be booking this hotel every time we come back!"

"No free meals, everything is expensive and food isn’t even good. Stayed for 4 days, housekeeper didn’t come by ONCE. Even upon request after slipping down stairs and spraining my ankle security said they would put in a ticket for us. On the last day I couldn’t take it anymore I went and found garbage bags, a mop and broom because I had 2 kids with me and they get messy! So you’re welcome for doing your job. There was little to no ability to play outside since there were no sidewalks and no grassy areas either so we just hung out at the pool in order to have some nature time. Oddly enough, I’m glad to be back in Minnesota. That areas is too overpopulated and over polluted, too dry and not peaceful "
