Khách sạn Willard

"Room was very clean and filled with all the necessary toiletries. Polite and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good but just a little bit change can go long way. The both breakfast attendants were very pleasant and helpful. View from the windows were quite amazing. I would come back. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you everyone at the Hotel"

"The hotel looks okay overall, and the staff were friendly. However, please be extremely careful with the breakfast waffle machine. The top handle/hinge was far too loose. When I opened it, the lid fell down and burned the back of my hand. Although the front desk provided burn ointment at the time, the wound has since festered/ulcerated and remains very painful. I am unsure how long it will take to heal. Management needs to repair or replace that equipment immediately before someone else gets...

"Clean room and friendly staff"

"The breakfast could have been better."

"Basic 3 star location. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was better than average both days of my visit. Vending area was sparce. I'll give the location a thumbs up."

"Great location to the wineries on Seneca!"

"Property was nice and clean"

"I was satisfied with my stay there"

"Absolutely beautiful stay!! The views by the lake unbelievable!! Definitely coming back next fall. The foliage this time of year in the Appalachian mountains is something everyone should experience for sure. Accommodations well done!!"

"The Mansion and its grounds are beautiful. There are gorgeous views of Keuka Lake and the hills. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant and bar selections were excellent! Our room was cozy and very clean. We appreciated the coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge since the restaurant doesn’t open until lunch. There was even useable freezer. We loved the little balcony off our room. Our only regret was not taking the time to sit in the Adirondack chairs and linger longer."

"5 stars all around! Wonderful staff, accommodations and property. We will be back!"

"The pool and hot tub were closed. We were given no advance notice. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable."

"Staff was nice but place needs an upkeep and to inform guests. Bar area and restaurant were closed to renovations. Never saw anyone working and we were not notified prior to."

"This was the second time we’ve stay at the Gothic Inn . It’s a beautiful Inn everything is done with great care . The breakfast is delicious so don’t miss it. The setting is gorgeous."
