"My room was clean. The air conditioning was working the way it should. When it came to the TV channel l was trying to watch it but that channel wasn’t working properly, no big deal. I could watch it on my phone. It was my first time at this hotel, but my second time in this area and l like that the train station is close. which it’s the 7 train. Lots of shops near. "Problems with the room: the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work and there was no cold water coming out of the bathroom sink. Also, no shampoo or conditioner – I had to go to the front desk, and they only had a shampoo bar, which was very poor and no conditioner. Lastly, the cord on the phone came out of the receiver and wouldn’t click back in, which disconnected my phone call with the front desk when they called to check in to see if everything was OK."

"This hotel is using fake pictures on Expedia. The room has cute pictures of a vintage vibe set up but when you check in it looks like a jail cell. The rooms list nonsmoking and a bathtub and it had neither. The entire room smelled like cigarettes and had an ashtray in it. The hallway smelled even worse. There was a dead smeared fly and brown stains on the wall. I am not a confrontational person and stupidly assumed that Expedia would have my back when I showed how blatantly false this listing...
