"Very good service and cheap stay."

"When we went to bed we found that the sheets had some foreign object stuck on it. I have pictures. Front desk guy came to our room, looked at the sheet, said he did not know what it was and gave us sheets to change ourselves as he was the only person working. Sheets were mixed sizes. No blanket. We didn’t sleep much that night. Spoke the the manager next morning. He offered us a $40 credit for another stay. That is an insult for soiled sheets and little sleep. His 2nd offer was 2 drink tokens....

"The sink plugged and would not drain. We notified staff several times at front desk in person. The drain was never fixed or the room attended to. For a two night stay we did not have a sink to use. Also our room was never cleaned or fresh towels. This situation was reported to the front desk staff at check out. We were given verbal apologies, but charged full price. My request for compensation or discount was totally denied. Yes we did get to sleep in a bed, but that was it . WHAT WILL BE...

"This location was fine. A few issues I encountered. The AC unit was kind of weak. Fan on it was not very powerful. The comforter was a little too stained for my taste. One last thing, the room (single king) could have used an extra seat. Like an arm chair or love seat. "
