"The room was very accommodating for our group size. However, upon arrival, we received no details on the amenities such as breakfast and parking. We had to keep going back to the front desk to ask additional questions. When attempting to enter the garage after loading a baby, we learned our garage key card wasn’t activated so we had to wait for security and go back to the desk for a 4th time. One of the main reasons we booked this property was because the listing said it includes the Disney shuttle. We were told at the front desk it comes every 30 minutes so we proceeded to wait in the lobby at the entrance and after 45 minutes we asked the front desk if the shuttle was late? She said oh noo you need to wait around the building. Why couldn’t those details again be given the first time travelers ask and waiting right in front of you. Needless to say when we proceeded to the “shuttle” it was really the OC transit and we learned that there isn’t actually an individual shuttle to Disney anymore it’s two city kitties that can take you but you need to pay for the bus pass. After an hour, only to find that out, we took our truck which we should have just done from the beginning. While the property itself was great for families, I don’t think I would be paying thi"
