"First off - absolutely lovely and accommodating staff. We had no problems with our booking in Expedia. If you are coming here expecting Hilton quality rooms and appliances, then you are just dead wrong. "Tub was clogged and backing up while showering. We let the receptionist know and even showed a Picture. We were told that all showers were like that. For the price we paid that was unacceptable and gross. Services were super slow. Not blaming staff but management had one waitress for an entire dinning room. We also noticed mostly all the staff were very mature people. We felt bad rushing or even complaining right to them. This place has potential, you just need the right management."

"The pool experience was uncomfortable. The staff member doing rounds around the pool area was very rude and slammed the pool door very hard while we were still inside. Her attitude was not friendly or professional."

There were a number of kids staying there with teams or families, but they were surprisingly good and did not stay up late. Nice breakfast. Good location for what I needed for my stay. "Even with the confirmed booking they tell me that my booking is cancelead and go check any other locations and then instead of suites they allocate 2 seperate rooms to accomodate my young kids to be left out in a seperate room. On the name of breakfast they have a option of Grab and go and they have only Oatmeals packets with warm water"

"Staff was great! Especially the front desk! We had a problem with other guests stomping above us for two nights in a row. They were prompt to help with the situation. Forgot a few things, toothbrush one of our family members cut themselves. Front desk was quick to help with Band-AIDS and replace the toothbrush. We do a fair amount of traveling, the breakfast was great! Would definitely stay here again."
