"We stayed one night. It was a very easy check-in and out. Both individuals at the desk were pleasant and efficient. Our room was large and immaculately clean. Nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. The small refrigerator and microwave were appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. If in the area again in the future, we would be happy to stay at the Maple Terrace Motel."

Excellent staff/proprietor who exudes a calm, polite and caring demeanor. Very enjoyable 2-night stay in the late spring of 2026. Good location -- particularly if one is interested in visiting nearby Clark Art Institute, Williams College or Mass MOCA in North Adams. Would highly recommend if looking for a colorful,...

"I was a bit distressed by the parking lot situation and with the garage and lot all dug up and torn apart it looked horrible. But the staff was super kind and helpful and the room was really nice and I liked everything else about it. I was a bit anxious when I pulled up. It would have been nice to know in advance. But our stay went great. (My dog and me). I would stay there again if I have another dog trial out in that area."

"The rooms are not at all fancy, but perfect for a family if you want to get away for a few nights. We went with my 3, 4, and 7-year-olds and spent two nights playing in the pool, mini-golfing, and hitting the arcade once or twice. Again, not very high-end, but if you’re with children who love a pool and easy activities, it’s a good choice."
