Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
No recommendation at all: Positive: - The apartment was clean, everything was prepared - not much to improve - free parking included - next to Windsor Castle and the city of Windsor ok, not outstanding: - The team was doing their job, not more and not less Negative: - A plane was flying over the building every minute from 6 am till 10 or 11 pm. The noise was terribly loud, so it was almost impossible to stay in the apartment during daytime. No noise reduction or insulation installed.
