"Place is old a musty. Rooms old. Lobby old. Staff not helpful. Run from this place. I booked walked in my room walked right out. Went down the street to the Courtyard and stayed. Just took the loss of booking that room. Stay away."

"Kitchen was not fully equipped except with BUGS!!!!!!! Termites, fleas and cockroaches!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting and owner would NOT give refund or even do anything about it!!!!!!!! "The hotel was nice but a bit outdated. No cable TV in the rooms but they offer DVD rentals in the lobby. Old garbage pails in hallways outside of elevators- these need to be upgraded to nicer receptacles. "

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. "

"Well lit parking lot, friendly staff, simple breakfast, if you like more than the basics go over to Bob Evins around the corner. Their cranberry juice is excellent at this Inn. One thing i would say is they are always working to improve the property. The carpet in the hall is wet constantly from all the people dripping leaving the pool.
