"Great new hotel"

"Clean room friendly staff beautiful view. Very stuffy air, you can tell it’s been awhile since the last upgrade. "

"When I reserved my room was not told the pool was scheduled for maintenance. After checking in was told the pool closed that morning for scheduled maintenance cleaning. Rented there just for the pool"

"Pool was very cold but clean, hot tub was out of order, which was the only downfall, Aside from our overall stay of the room and hotel. It was absolutely amazing. Will be staying again."

"This is not even a 1 star hotel .I booked this hotel because it was close to our school .When we arrived it was filthy. The room was in very poor shape ,sink was falling apart, the heater didnt work ,bed was hard so many things .My employee tried to get another room but nothing was available so the hotel said .He stayed the night sleeping in his clothes to stay warm and not to touch the nasty bed spread. The next morning he told the front desk about the problems and asked again to move they said...

"This was a great hotel and worked for traveling with a young child (age 6) who loved the indoor pool. It was January and the pool temp was wonderful and warm and the whole pool room felt tropical and warm which was a nice change of pace from the frigid cold outside. There are lots of dining options close by and it's convenient to access the freeway. The room was clean and in very good condition. It was quiet which we appreciated."

The pool and breakfast was the entire reason we booked this hotel and we got neither. Our kids were very excited to go swimming and were very disappointed that they couldn't.
