"Was not able to check into the property as there was no one there. I wasn’t given the access codes to the property before arrival and when I tried to contact the company over a few hours no one responded. They eventually did but by that time I had already booked another property and didn’t go back."

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free).
Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"Apartment doesn’t look as nice as the pictures. Place was clean and good space. Run down on outside and corridor. Pls be aware that apartment has one portable aircon and not central. I had asked before I booked about a/c and was never told they meant a portable unit. "Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones.
