The other one, I had to pull out to plug in my Cpap machine into the wall and there was a candy bar on the floor. "It’s in construction. It had temp ac unit in the room . Hallways walls were under repair . Dresser board was leaning . Room has patches of paint and drywall . Looks like it was a 1 star hotel in the process of make over ."

"The breakfast was excellent, although the juice machine was broken. The beds were very comfortable, the pool and hot tub were useful. No towels at the pool. The room floor was not swept, and had chunks of dirt on the floor. The shower had only one temperature - very hot. There was no way to add enough cold water to make it usable for more than a few seconds at a time."

"The hotel and casino overall are well maintained clan and modern. Rooms are small but comfortable and very quiet. The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the wait staff and the staff in the Birch gift shop. Friendly helpful and very pleasant. They advertise 4 restaurants. Burgers of Madison County and the fireside lounge essentially serve the same menu. We had dinner at the forest grill. Beautiful venu. Average food for above average prices.
