"Had a great stay here. The sofa and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. Very friendly concierge, and host. There are some maintenance issues, but nothing that was a big problem. Would stay again for sure"

"Apartment was excellent, very clean with everything you could need. I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately the mattress was too thin and I could feel the springs through it, so not very comfortable. A thicker more expensive mattress or at least a thick mattress topper. Would solve the issue. Central location in Staines Upon Thames, so super convenient. Would I stay here again, the answer is Yes. "

"We were told to ring half hour before so someone can meet us to let us in. I rang half hiur before to let them know. We got to the apartment at 7pm and no one was there. So i rang and said someone is on there way. 20minutes later i rang again and said someone shouls be there any minute. 15minutes past and still no one. Rang the third time and they said the same thing. I did make it clear i had 4 young kids and my wife standing outside all this time. After the 3rd phone call we were waiting...
