"Room was very small and over crowded with two twins and a double. Fire alarm went off at 9am, no apologies or explanation on the reason. When we were finally allowed to return to our room the lifts did not work, when we made it to the room the key card didn’t work so had to go back down to reception. Again no apologies made. "

"the Premier Inn at Terminal 4 is wonderful, As a Saudi it is very convenience to be able to walk directly from the Terminal 4 departures hall through the tunnel straight to the hotel lobby. We got family room, It was very comfortable and provided good environment for a good night's rest. The staff were very respectful and helpful, especially Mr, Martinho , whom I would like to thank him for his kind treatment and constant assistance. "

"The Radisson Blu is a very fine airport hotel. Reception was swift and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. Transportation from/to Heathrow was convenient (we used the Heathrow Hoppa). We enjoyed a good buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Overall, good value for money."

"Lovely hotel, clean modern rooms, breakfast was very good if a little short on vegan options. Good location with buses right outside. Nice pool, but limited sun beds so a problem to get by the pool terrace on some days. "
