"Zusammen im Familienzimmer eine Woche dort gewesen. Das Zimmer ist mit 4 Betten beengt. Die Zimmerreinigung findet ausschließlich auf Anfrage ab. Flexibel ist das Personal auch nicht. Generell sind nur wenige Mitarbeitende bemüht und freundlich. Die meisten sind unfreundlich und Grüßen scheint ein Fremdwort zu sein. Es war in Ordnung um relativ günstig in London zu übernachten, aber mehr auchh nicht. Einzig das Personal in dem Frühstücksrestaurant ist erwähnenswert freundlich. "

Then to make matters worst our family avoided room charges to avoid hidden fees so we paid up front for all charges. "Efficient check-in, helpful staff, rooms clean and new. We got the bus in the morning to LHR terminal 3 and it's right outside the hotel, very easy and quick transfer. Parking at the hotel is really easy. It's a really easy and good value way to get close to the airport and leave the car whilst on holiday when you've an early flight."

"Nice location, in the deep of Surrey AONB but that’s where it ends. The building itself is dated and needs modernising. It’s great as somewhere to lay your head. Small bathroom, thin pillows and duvets. "

"I chose to stay here as I had a flight the following morning at Heathrow. It was the ideal location, with parking and right next to the Thames, walking distance from the Magna Carta.
