"This place is incredibly convenient if you need a quick place to stay. As soon as you deplane, catch the train to T5, and take the lift to the ground floor of the terminal and follow the signs. If you need a car, the SIXT station is also available. Upon entry, there were multiple desks to check in, which is great if you are exhausted. There were several restaurants to eat from. "This had to be the quietest room I have ever stayed in. The building is constructed to keep out the noise from aircraft which surround the place. Its proximity to T2 at Heathrow is great (10 minute walk). The rooftop restaurant provides amazing views of takeoffs / landings etc."

"My sister and I had a 16 hour layover at Heathrow airport so we decided on this hotel. Which was a 8 min bus ride away. Staff was okay nothing too bad but everything else was great. Kind of disappointed that breakfast wasn't included but its all good. Still 5 stars."

"Carpets were stained in room, no hair dryer or coffee available in room. Food at bar/restaurant was really not good at all. You also can’t bring food back to the room and when you have been travelling all day and just want to relax it’s not ideal. Bus/shuttle to airport very convenient."
