"We didn't get a chance to try the hot tub but the grounds are beautiful and all staff at lodge and restaurant were kind and helpful. Food was delicious and proximity to Kilauea volcano sights was super convenient. Hope to come back again soon!"

"We checked in on the 1st of December and arrived around 8 p.m. Our keys and packet were waiting for us at the kiosk with no issues. Our room was amazing—quiet, convenient, and clean. The property was clean as well. We messaged for room service, and they came with no issues. Extra amenities were available in the lobby too. We were there for six nights, and I will definitely be staying again. I would recommend checking in before dark—the road is kind of tricky to find."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Volcano Ranch. It is super convenient to Volano Park, but also a gem unto itself. The animals are delightful and our room overlooking the pond was super warm and cozy on a cool, rainy day. Every detail has been considered to make your stay here as comfortable as possible. "My stay at the Volcano Forest Inn exceeded expectations. It was the perfect setting and quite the adventure driving in the light rain a few hundred yards down a dirt road surrounded by thick trees to finally arrive at this beautiful Inn nestled in the Volcano Forest. Jon texted very detailed instructions and information prior to my arrival which was very useful as well as welcoming. If I texted a question, he would promptly respond. Jon was there to greet me as I drove up and was very friendly...

"No frills bed and breakfast. This is the type of place that you book for serenity and for the quiet atmosphere which was perfect for our trip. It is worth noting that you need to make arrangements to get your access code ahead of time if you think you will have delays in your travel. However this process was easy to do. The property is close to volcano national park and also has an enjoyable rainforest environment as well. "
