"i was under the impression that the property was an old style pub with rooms, when i booked. But it turns out just to be a bed and breakfast. The room was lovely and had everything you need, plus more, like a trouser press, a bottle of filtered water with the coffee and tea facilities, a microwave in the shared lobby and plenty of parking and nice outside space to spend in the sunshine/evening"

"The hosts could not have been nicer, accommodation was lovely, modern and extremely clean and well maintained. Parking was excellent and location near Banbury (10 kin walk to centre) was great ! Will use again ! Recommend ! "

"It was absolutely fine, no frills. The toilet seat was badly fitted though, and the loo roll holder fitting was coming out of the wall. Wouldn’t hold it against them and would stay again."

"Loved that my room was in the main house. My room was small but it faced the garden where I could watch birds and squirls. Missed the hedgehogs. My bathroom was a few steps away from the room and it was good. The shower was pretty small. I got in but could not move around so I decided to wash off in sinks. The staff were wonderful to me. "Nice breakfast. Good location to central Oxford. Unfortunately construction marred the outside approach. Inside was quiet. Older rooms but ok"

"Excellent position and well maintained. The only negative aspect is the staircase, but we genuinely couldn’t expect nothing different, as the building is historic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the air con that they put in the room!!"
