"Room was clean, hallways and common areas well maintained. We didn’t have breakfast this stay."

"Location is great, staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent. We didn’t know you need to inform the front desk if you want the housekeeping for your room. We left a note to tell the housekeeping crews that we only needed fresh towels and no need to clean. When we came back at night the dirty towels were still there. Found out about the policy after checking with the front desk. He was very helpful to ask housekeeping staff to deliver the fresh towels for us and took the dirty ones...

"Nicole greeted us promptly on a rainy day! She honestly made our trip so worth it and an overall great experience. Literally putting us at ease. The buffet breakfast was honestly so fresh and customer service- as a Texan I have to say Rahman was so attentive and kind to us during our stay. Staff was more than ready to help anytime of day, with a smile. We would step out and comeback to a clean room with the beds made. Willing to hold your bags before or after checkout!! Rare in NY in my opinion "

"The hotel has a great location, but its showing a bit of wear. No updates apparent from my last stay before COVID. Nothing wrong but nothing new. Breakfast at $45 is very high for what is offered, but the hostess and staff were very friendly and remembered me on just my second day."

Staff was friendly everything was clean. only issue was the shower water. Only choices were scalding hot or freezing. We learned to work around it."

"Great Location. We had a King suite , lots of room and worth the money. A wealth of restaurants within walking distance . A shout out to the Amsterdam Market across the street. The food to go is excellent, Many mornings grabbed a fresh omelet for $10 and brought it up to the room , The hotel is very clean . The elevators are very slow as it is an older building but thats a minor detail"

"Great location, friendly staff, and close to many restaurants, shops, and things to do. Easy to get around on foot or by public transit. The hotel offers great views of both midtown and downtown. So many great restaurants nearby, with Little Italy, Chinatown, and Soho within walking distance. The hotel offers good discounts to guests for many nearby restaurants and shops. Very quiet at night. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Highly recommend and would stay here again! "

"Room was clean and they had everything that was advertised. Breakfast in the morning was crazy. You gotta get down there right when they open at 6am or it’ll be hard to even get food or find a table. The elevator system was different you have to pick the floor you’re going to and tap your room key and it’ll tell you which elevator to get on. The day we checked in it was so busy it was hard to even get to the elevators but that would be my only complaint. The best part is it’s only a few feet...
