"Staff and bar staff"

"Very well maintained hotel, central to everything. Only complaint , beds and pillows were terrible . It was like sinking in an air mattress :("

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel was poorly maintained and did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or safety. The pool area was dirty and clearly not being cleaned regularly. The hot tub was unusable because it was either scalding hot or completely cold, with no consistent temperature control. One of the biggest issues was the lack of air conditioning in the hallways and common areas. The lobby was unbearably hot, and our group repeatedly had to ask...

"The staff was EXCELLENT!! The room smelled of mildew or mold and my allergies were impacted negatively. Hopefully it was only the room we were staying in but I saw this same feedback online for this property. Other than that, the room was great! Large size and good. Breakfast was OK but nothing to write home about! The coffee was excellent! Could stay here again but would hope the room was not moldy. :-("

"Outdoor pool was fun"

"The staff was very nice and pleasant, but the room was bad. Stained bedspread, carpets peeling off of walls, ants crawling around the window, lights blinking on/off - not nice. You also have to sign up for a rewards program with all of your personal information in order to get WiFi. That’s so crazy, seriously. I also think it’s crazy that they charge you for parking but that’s the least of the worries."
