"Trouble with our hot water and shower bathroom black mould at a very unhealthy level
Housekeeping was lovely and helpful so was most of the staff one woman in reception was quite rude to me when I enquired nicely about the shower being hard to use

"Firstly, location was excellent- right next to DLR station. I was going to a show at the O2 and it was perfect for that. Also, Deptford station is only a 10 minute walk and from there it is a 5 minute train ride direct into London Bridge.
The studio was very compact, and much more so than the images on the website suggested. Once I found all the kitchen stuff - cutlery in drawer inside under-sink cupboard and saucepans in the bottom of the wardrobe, then it was all fine and functional. ...
