Congress Plaza Hotel
Air conditioning did not work and was the loudest A/C I’ve ever heard in my life! Hot water didn’t work until maintenance came up and the bed was sunken in the middle. Stay away from this hotel!!!!

They didn’t clean our room even when I requested to be cleaned and we had to go and request towels and paper, breakfast is not good at all.

Sentral Michigan Avenue
Cleanliness needs to be much better. Housekeeping has to come back and clean multiple areas and change the linen. Curtain partly torn off but maintenance couldn’t fix it then. Views were nice.

It would appear that at this time of year the A/C just won't work. I don't fully understand why but my unit was as hot at 80 degrees and no real means of cooling it down. They gave me a fan to try and help but at the end of the day I barely slept from having the windows open in extremely humid weather, ...
