"We had a very warm welcome from the friendly staff and were shown to the room which was clean and bright. The food that evening was excellent, and as it was a warm evening we spent a pleasant time sitting outside with our drinks afterwards. Continental breakfast was served promptly at 8 am and the addition of fresh strawberries and blueberries was a definite plus!
Check in / check out was swift and efficient.
Just a couple of minus points:-

"We booked the Dinney B&B due to its close proximity to the Astbury Golf Resort, where we were attending a wedding reception.
We visited the Dinney early, to work out the logistics and chanced to meet Keith the owner. He allowed us to drop our bags in our room, gave us our keys and assured us that we could leave our car at the Astbury, walk back and he'd sort a lift back the next day - now that's excellent customer service!
The room was comfortable and clean, with a good ensuite shower room....

"I was unfortunately in an incredibly warm room (in part due to weather, but also the orientation which meant it got the full evening sun and no breeze) - this was room 104.
The room was a decent size and reasonably clean, but given the weather, which is it being made up with a duvet and no sheet underneath (between that and the bed).
The bathroom had cracked floor tiles which were very uneven with sharp edges and there was toothpaste marks splashed all over the wall by the sink, which means...

"It is under new management, it had been 'let go'. Our stay was tolerable. 1 member of staff was very good others not so.
I believe that in the not too distant future it will be excellent, currently a work in progress"

"Given wrong room number on check-in but key cards for the room we were supposed to be in.
At dinner, provided with out of date menu so meals ordered were not available and had to select something else. One staff member advised cocktails available but they didn't know how to make them. Other staff member advised cocktails not available. "The room was immaculate and loved the breakfast basket, great little touch, great big shower too, can't fault the room at all, staff were very friendly and helpful. Ant plenty of parking, will deffinately stay there again"
