"It is under new management, it had been 'let go'. Our stay was tolerable. 1 member of staff was very good others not so. I believe that in the not too distant future it will be excellent, currently a work in progress"

"A great place to stay whilst in the area. Kitchen and lounge downstairs with bedrooms upstairs..each with own very small shower toilet and sink. Lota if cupboard space. Kitchen and lounge lovely and big with all you need....but bring your own tea or coffee as there is none here."

"The hotel is in a great location for exploring the area. It could do with a bit of freshening up of the paintwork. Our room was clean and well stocked with tea/coffee and bottles of water. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did not need a carpark but there was one opposite that charged £4 per 24hrs."

"Just back from a 2 night mini break. Jackie and Rob are so welcoming. The breakfast is fabulous, nothing is too much trouble. Great location for Black Country Living museum. Would highly recommend!"

"We booked the Dinney B&B due to its close proximity to the Astbury Golf Resort, where we were attending a wedding reception. We visited the Dinney early, to work out the logistics and chanced to meet Keith the owner. He allowed us to drop our bags in our room, gave us our keys and assured us that we could leave our car at the Astbury, walk back and he'd sort a lift back the next day - now that's excellent customer service! The room was comfortable and clean, with a good ensuite shower room....

"I was unfortunately in an incredibly warm room (in part due to weather, but also the orientation which meant it got the full evening sun and no breeze) - this was room 104. The room was a decent size and reasonably clean, but given the weather, which is it being made up with a duvet and no sheet underneath (between that and the bed). The bathroom had cracked floor tiles which were very uneven with sharp edges and there was toothpaste marks splashed all over the wall by the sink, which means...

"The room was immaculate and loved the breakfast basket, great little touch, great big shower too, can't fault the room at all, staff were very friendly and helpful. Ant plenty of parking, will deffinately stay there again"

"We needed a spot near the train station to catch an early train in the morning. It is an easy 8 to 10 minute walk to the station. The room is simple, but well furnished, and plenty of space for two people. Nice bathroom, good shower. There is a functional kitchen with some basics if you want to cook your own food, and there are many restaurants within a very short walk if you want just a quick bite. Good value for money, perfect for what we wanted."

"The guest house was impeccable, with excellent communication and information regarding its location and local attractions provided even before our arrival. Truly exceptional service. Upon our arrival, everything was beautiful. The entire house was spotless and exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed a lovely country walk into Ironbridge, and convenient parking was available at the property. Our room was immaculate, offering tea and coffee, toiletries, fluffy towels and a selection of pillows...

"We had a very warm welcome from the friendly staff and were shown to the room which was clean and bright. The food that evening was excellent, and as it was a warm evening we spent a pleasant time sitting outside with our drinks afterwards. Continental breakfast was served promptly at 8 am and the addition of fresh strawberries and blueberries was a definite plus! Check in / check out was swift and efficient. "Very tired and In need of refurbishment , blocked sink, no door handle on the bathroom door, no remote for the TV, cigarette stub left on the carpet, carpet had stains, only 2 pillows provided and were flat, window closed and still allowed breeze to come in. A very unpleasant stay, we left in the evening to stay at another hotel"
