"I consider my review to be as objective as possible, as I am an experienced traveler. What can I say about the hotel? If you are looking for peace, privacy, decent à la carte food (no buffet), and wonderful, attentive staff, then this hotel is definitely for you. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and surrounded by lush greenery. You literally live in the middle of the jungle — among palm trees, vines, and many interesting animals that do not disturb you at all, so there is no need to be afraid....

"We all loves our stay so much. Utter relaxation, great beach with loungers where you could order drinks and food. The staff was truly lovely. Room was clean and spacious. We couldn't have asked for anything more. And the food at the restaurant was actually good. I was a bit apprehensive due to the other reviews but breakfast had many options. Dinner offerd salad and soup every night, as well as multiple options for main course. Portions aren't huge but I didn't mind. The quality was really good...

"We stayed in room 532, right off the main entrance. A bit loud at times given people coming and going in the evening. The room itself was very spacious, very clean offering lots of amenities. Big bathroom and bedroom with a comfortable bed. We had a complimentary small bag of coffee, which was nice! Pool towels are provided and you can swap them often. 2 pools are available - we found the one across the street, not the one facing the ocean, was nicer. There is no beach in front of the hotel but...

"Dies ist ein charmantes Boutiquehotel. Es besticht durch geschmackvolle Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten und ein fantastisches Frühstück im Garten. Lärm dürfte überall in Playa del Carmen ein Problem sein, so hört man auch hier den Lärm vom Restaurant nebenan. Mit Ohrstöpseln lässt sich das aber gut lösen. "
