"Our first room had plenty of problems, the shower didn’t provide the option for the rainfall only the hand held, the temperature in the shower kept fluctuating from hot to cold, the safe was defective, the sliding door leading to the balcony wasn’t opening and closing properly.
The concierge was very pleasant and helpful, even assisting my family to change to another room. Overall experience was top notch. "
