"Completely adequate room for our needs as we were visiting Leeds Castle for a concert. Room was clean although very hot as we are mid heat wave at time of writing…no air con but fans provided to take the edge off. Staff were pretty friendly, decent buffet breakfast with good ‘full English’ offering. Well stocked, reasonably priced bar."

"The room was excellent and reception staff were fantastic. You now have to pay for parking not acceptable in a hotel. Bar not respecting clients privacy by shouting room numbers across the bar and names. Unacceptable. Breakfast was a disaster if staff spent less talking to each other rather than checking the state of play with the food. Ie little food available when flagged they said oh we will cook some more. "Lovely hotel comfy bed breakfast excellent staff very friendly the only downside was no fridge in room and this weather would of been good to put the water in and no glasses or plastic cups for in the bathroom had to use coffee cup but otherwise brilliant hotel"

"Good location for attending Classical Concert event at Leeds Castle.
We didn’t eat in the hotel so can only comment on the accommodation.
Our stay took place over a very warm weekend and the air-conditioning unit in our room wasn’t able to cool the space effectively. In fairness we didn’t report it to Reception, but would hope all air-conditioning is checked regularly."

"The hotel was very poorly staffed throughout our stay. 75%+ of tables had dirty glasses / empty bottles that needed clearing. All draught options were off at the bar and we were charged 20% service for opening 2 bottles of beer. The spa was ok but very tired. The changing rooms had a lot of broken plastic worksurfaces. The pool itself was ok but had clearly had a rushed refurbishment with a poorly fitting pool liner. It all felt quite claustrophobic. The jacuzzi was way over-chlorined...
