"Great hotel in convenient location. Its close to Shinjuku central area but in a quieter location. There are still lots of restaurants and bars close by. We had an apartment with kitchen which provided more space than the average Japanese hotel room and there is a good supermarket close by with lots of ready meals. The kitchen is small but well equipped "

"This was new one for me... a completely unmanned hotel. Check-in is done talking to someone remotely on a video screen; a door code is given to get into the hotel, and another door code to get into your room (there are no keys). The room had a mini-fridge. Instead of a TV, it had a projector and a screen. The place was very clean, although (surprising for Japan) there was a shower but no bathtub. Rooms facing the street will have some noise on occasion, but it's not a big street. A city bus goes...

"Modern room equipped with washing machine and dryer in bathroom. Separate toilet is convenient. Very clean. Supermarket and train station nearby. Communication with the hotel via WhatsApp was easy and convenient. Staff replies were quick. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others."
