"The hotel's location has a good parking lot, and is conveniently located near a Metro North train station to get to Manhattan. The hotel room was clean, though the carpet could be shampooed and/or replaced. The air conditioner was noisy, and malfunctioned our first night: the heat turned on when it was very warm outside. We needed to make 2 requests before a maintenance person fixed it the next day. There was no housekeeping after our first night, despite requesting it twice . Most disturbing,...

"I was relocated to this hotel because I was having issues with the pool amenities at the hotel I originally booked. Glad I was relocated here, the Expedia member called them prior to confirm no pool issues . Our suite was beautiful and clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great. "Horrible. When we got there day of for our booking. They didn’t send us a code for the door and we were locked out for hours. It took the neighbors to contact them for them to call us and tell us that our side lost power in the morning yet they didn’t want to message us and let us know before hand and wasted our time.
