"Great place to stay and relax!"

"We enjoyed oir stay overall. The woman who helped during the breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed our conversation. The breakfast itself was good, but not a lot of options and not cooked to order. The only eggs were hard boiled and there was no bacon or sausage or ham. I would describe it as more continental. The rooms were good and comfortable, but the walls.were definitely thin between. Bedrooms. The location was great and we did enjoy checking out all interesting history of the...

"It was a truly delightful stay! I enjoyed the cozy accommodations in this historic house and relaxed over super-fresh, delicious breakfasts that inn-keeper-owner Valerie made to order. Valerie was personable, humorous, and engaging while respectful of my personal space. The great golden fall foliage around the property only added to the beauty of the visit. I will certainly book this B&B again."

"Our stay at the Waldo Emerson was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, Amelia welcomed us with warm hospitality, and every detail of this charming property made us feel right at home. The accommodations were comfortable and full of character, and the property itself is absolutely beautiful. Each morning, we looked forward to a delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared breakfast that was the perfect start to our day. What truly made our experience special were the...

"Absolutely perfect stay. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were impeccable. Owner and son were beyond helpful and made you feel right at home. Wish we could have stayed many more nights. There is no other place I would stay when visiting Kennebunkport. Will be back in the future for sure!!"

"Great location, excellent breakfasts!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Bourne Bed and Breakfast!! The hosts were so accommodating, friendly and welcoming! The room was very charming, spotless and quiet! They put so much thought into all the little extras like a special washcloth to remove your makeup, beautifully scented soap and fluffy towels. The breakfast was phenomenal. I had a huge Greek yogurt parfait with fresh fruit and granola, a dish of fresh fruit and a coconut scone! Tina always prepares homemade baked goods that are...

"Lovely, elegant Inn. Host amazing and great chef! Highly recommend."

"Amazing stay with quintessential New England bed and breakfast charm. Easy walk to downtown Kennebunkport. Fantastic breakfast and nice touches like wine available all day."

"The place was beautiful, very good location the breakfast was excellent, we definitely enjoyed our stay."

"The bed and breakfast was immaculate. Victor was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return."

"Charles and David were great hosts. Location is ideal, short walk to the Cove, Marginal Way and town and a few really good restaurants right there. Trolly stop is across the street."

"The location in downtown Kennebunkport can’t be beat! Walkable to shopping and dining. It is a contactless stay somewhat like an Airbnb however all instructions and key were left for us at check in and there was a coffee/tea station left stocked for us. The house is an older, antique filled home with all of the quirks that come with that type of home. Our room was cozy and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed Kennebunkport Prelude very much."

"Awesome little places and pool access to boot"
