"Great pool very comfortable rooms!"

"Stayed one night to go to a concert at the London stadium - excellent location to do this. Had booked a twin room, which I had not realised was windowless, however, it was fine for our needs of an overnight stay, and the air conditioning worked well! The room was modern, very clean and well appointed, albeit very small, however there were coffee making facilities and they provided two bottles of water for free. The bathroom was very small, but again very clean, and the shower was powerful. ...

"What a weird a** place this is. This hotel does a great job straddling the line of being friendly and unhelpful. They act like they are nice but really they just want to be mean. The hotel itself is well appointed but the presentation is a bit pretentious. It's trying to be fancy but really it's just weird. It is not family friendly. We tried to have a coffee one day in the cafe but there was no server. Then we ran into some trouble with kids pool time as the TV stated the window was 9-noon...

"Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton in London city. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and their hot breakfast was filled with many choices. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, they assisted us with car service to the airport. The hotel was located in a great area, a block away from the tube, restaurants, markets and bakeries. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Its not bad. A little dirty. They provided us fans during the heat wave which were rather dirty. There was also an eggy smell coming from the boiler/laundry room which was gross at best and mildly concerning at worst. The check in was good and the team was responsive. The most baffling part was that the living room windows cant be opened as its a double pane system. We were there during a heat wave and we were all forced to migrate to the bedroom since there was no way to cool the living room...
