"Stunning hotel in a superb location! Close to shops, markets, restaurants, cafes and transport. Staff exceptionally helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Our only negatives would be no coffee/tea facilities in room (they’re available in lounge, are complimentary and when asked for were delivered free of charge but would prefer option in room) and there was no railing to get in and out of the deep bath/shower. Despite above, would stay again, and again and again!! ❤️"

"Faultless! Location is fantastic but so quiet with it being on a quiet pedestrian square. Staff were all super friendly, hotel is spotless and our room was 10/10 comfortable. Nice touches with unique mini bar additions and fun design touches in the room, really recommend :)"

"Stayed at Pan Pacific from 20-22 March 2026 for a birthday celebration in the Devonshire suite which was a beautiful, spacious room with great features including the record player. The spa was a delight and the ambiance was up there with the best spa day experiences i have had. Great location next to spitalfield and Petticoat lane markets. Also,Brick Lane was a great mix of vintage, asian influence. Worth noting, the windows in the room are a great feature however they were extremely dirty...

"The hotel was clean and its location was convenient. I am unable to provide a five-star rating because I was unable to check in on the day of my arrival due to an unforeseen issue with my flight. The hotel declined to refund me for the missed day, citing their policy that a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. I explained that my flight was canceled due to a terrorist incident while en route to London. I had even emailed the hotel to inform them of the situation prior to my intended...

"It's a clean, well maintained hotel in a good location, staff on reception were very polite. We had breakfast on the second day that had a few problems, nothing too serious, but I'm not giving it a perfect mark mainly because I thought the rooms were a bit cold in style. Nice big windows to keep it bright, but a bit small and I know booked the cheapest room, but it wasn't that cheap, which means there are better out there at this price range. "

"Staff was the best. Very helpful with shipping back to the states. Room was nice no complaints and close to two stations. While not a big con only thing is the surrounding area is a bit run down compared to LA financial district. Would come back here. Great Turkish restaurant on the same street. "

"Clean room, good amenities (TV, tea and coffee). It was noisier outside than expected so didn’t sleep well, just from traffic so would recommend bringing earplugs or host should provide them, as it’s in Shoreditch/brick lane area which is rowdy on a daily basis. "
