"Unfortunately in our room the ventilation was not working and had a error come up if you tried to restart the air conditioning. We did not really need air conditioning for cooling that much but just flowing air would have been much nicer as the room but a bit muggy and musky because lack of air flow. Windows did open a bit we found so that did help. Room was well fitted out but some things did not work, usb ports along side bed, fan in bathroom. Not a deal breaker but could have been better for sure. Good Competitive rates though as well."

"Breakfast was all fresh, but compared to similar hotels was very basic, no hash browns or mushrooms in the cooked option, but a good selection on the 'continental' breakfast. Room was clean and well presented. However, other than the coffee and milk, the complimentary items bottled water, biscuits, and hot chocolate sachet were not replenished daily. I will give credit to the staff on reception, after I reported the heating controls not working in our room, error E04 on the controller, a heater and additional quilt were offered immediately, and waiting in our room when we returned. Gym facilities were adequate but lack some heavier weights. "

"This property is convenient to the train station, the wall, and walking around the city. Our room was in the basement(!), and it was comfortable. The bathroom was quite narrow and small. Happy hour specials are fantastic, and we enjoyed that. Breakfast was a zoo, but it had all the typical offerings. The gym was a good size with good equipment offerings. Wifi was strong for streaming."

"The Milner is missing the essential : a Good bed a good mattress and good cushions . Also could hear the noise next door train station due to poor window quality . So overall what I think about hotel negative I had a bad night and didn't sleep well . will never come back"
