"We stayed at this property in May 2026. While the staff were extremely kind and helpful, the air conditioner in our room was not working and they refused to change our room since they were all booked and declined a refund/compensation too. When you pay £137 a night the least you expect is for the air conditioner to work especially when it’s been a hot day and you’re on the top floor of the hotel. Pretty poor for a ‘Marriott’ hotel. Avoid at all costs."

"It’s a very quiet place, and I slept very well. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"We really liked this property. The only caveat was that we couldn’t control the heat system in our room. There was a control system, but no matter what we did it kept changing it back to the original temp, which was a bit warm for us. Super convenient location. Staff were phenomenal. One last little thing, our bed sort of shifted around a lot, it felt like we were on a swivel. This didn’t cause much of an issue for us."

"We stayed here a few times now and always been great. Staff are always nice and willing to help. Little thing was main meal wasn't good but can't knock our stay, can't be perfect all the time. I would recommend it to stay here "
