"Clean room, helpful staff, lovely bar and spa, lovely air con.
Only couple of problems, one is need more plug sockets only 4 sockets which one had lamp plugged and the other for kettle. Had to move table to put kettle on near to a plug socket, table was heavy to move. Also stopped in disable room, the room was a distant away from main entrance which, I can't walk very far so wasn't very disabled friendly."
"We have stayed at the Hotel Indigo in York several times, and it has always been a fantastic stay with a clean room, great breakfast and very friendly staff. We are planning to stay with them again in December for the pantomime at the York Theatre Royal and the Minster Carol Concert."

"We had a lovely stay at the Radisson Hotel York. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the city centre, and we particularly enjoyed strolling along the river in the evening.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The hotel car park was full when we arrived, but the staff quickly advised us where to park nearby and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
We were also kindly upgraded to a room with a river view, which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated.
The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and a great start to our day. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return when visiting York again."
"Didn't use any amenities so can't comment but the room was fine, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and attentive. Only complaint..... Car parking charge of £25 was outrageous!"
