"This was my second stay at this hotel. I came back because I really liked it the first time, although it has changed hands since then. On arrival, our rooms were ready. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our baggage was safely left in the luggage room on the day of our departure, which made it so much easier on our last day. It was even brought to our table when we decided on a last-minute drink in the bar before heading to the station. If I had any gripe at all, it was in-room...

"Great hotel, so close to the station. Realy lovely, friendly staff - nothiung seemed too much trouble The breakfast choice was one fo the best we have had in a hotel in a long time - fab to see things like bircher museli on te menu. The staff work incredibly hard, ansd it was much appreciated by us. Hope to return once your spa has been refurbished"

"In the city centre this hotel is , next to bus station and everything is at walkable fistance"

"Fantastic hotel. Had a small problem when I got electricuted switching my phone charger on. Spoke to the guy on reception who was absolutely amazing. Only reported it so it could be checked for the next people coming in. But our guy on reception went above and beyond to make sure we was ok. Bar staff also fantastic polite and just lovely people. Definitely be back to this hotel great service from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out "

"Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was abundant and reasonably priced. Enjoyed it both days. Reception staff were very helpful. Close to all the attractions. Walked 15 minutes to the train station, all downhill. Very pleasant walk. "
