"Our rooms (Superior room with multiply beds) on two different stays were very excellent. Our first stay, we had staff go above and beyond to help us. One of our party had an accident and needed some extra care. They helped us out with letting us borrow the wheelchair for a day and getting us transportation to a hospital (a non emergency). "地域的に安価な宿泊代にも関わらず、清潔さ、スタッフ対応、朝食の質などすべて満足のいくものでした。空港近くという立地であるため利便性を心配していましたが、今回訪れたアムステルダム、ユトレヒト、ハーグの中央に位置する場所であったため、かえって観光しやすい場所であったようにも思います。ホテル周辺に店はありませんが、空港のスーパーマーケットで買い物して、シャトルバスで移動できるので、不便さはありませんでした。アムステルダム市街地よりも静穏で、治安も悪くないように感じました。"

"I reserved a 1 King room for my wife and me and already prepaid, but when I checked in , they assigned us to a 2 twin room, I didn’t like it but they gave me no choice"

"The bedding, a huge duvet, was heavy and very hot for sleeping in a room with barely adequate air conditioning. The dense foam mattress only added to the heating. Ended up tearing the duvet apart and sleeping under the duvet cover. The main restaurant was closed for the summer (except for breakfast?) in an area with no nearby restaurants, The bar and grill was okay. The glass, swing door for the bathroom lacked privacy. The breakfast buffet was huge and good but very expensive."

"Clean and spacious room. The mattresses are okay. Room-reception distance is pretty far and no help with the luggage or when they forget to put the amenities; you have to get it yourself. There is a shuttle service 3x in 2 hours. Good restaurant in the hotel."

"Nothing special, no on site food for the 2 nights i stayed, this seems a regular feature where the restaurant is closed 2 nights a week. The only practical option was to order by app. The reception staff were ok, just not particularly engaging or professional. Room was large, clean and overall pleasant , rooms prone to internal noises such as banging doors and moving of furniture in adjacent rooms. The location is a good 10 to 15mins walk from the local train station as many have noted it...

"Be wary of staying on level 5 in summer as the air conditioning is not good. The room was warm and made for an uncomfortable to sleep. The room is also small and barely fits 2 suitcases and hand luggage. This is a smart room with an iPad in the room that lets you operate everything such as blinds, lights, air con. Some parts are excellent with others not good. The breakfast meal and downstairs area is excellent."

"At a glance the hotel looked lovely and even though there was a queue, the check in process was smooth. Upon entering the bedroom there was stained carpets and a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. There was what looked like ketchup smeared above the mirror in the bedroom and stains in the carpet and the television did not work. "The biggest problem was our booking information or the hotel did not input it as when we arrived they had no information on us Lucky we had our receipt. They managed to give us a room with some adjusting. Staff were excellent - room needed some attention"

"There were 3 of us staying in a room. There were only towels for 2 people and no slippers. There is also no conditioner in the shower (my wife could not wash her hair). The bathroom was very small. I would not stay here again. "
