"Everything about this property was perfect. Clean, amazing location, easy check in. Highly recommend! Bed was comfortable, our room was super quiet. There’s a common area with a couch, kitchenette, and table to sit! This is a shared space with the other people staying at Xenia but we never had an issue. The apartment renovated and is located on the 5th floor of a beautiful old building which had an old elevator which was super cool to experience! It was very reliable as well. Highly recommend....

"Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition. I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner. Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome. Couldn't have been better."

Expedia has breakfast included in the listing and that’s not true. Not the location’s fault, but don’t book this expecting breakfast. Staff very helpful. Very Roman feel to it. "

"The staff was friendly and the room was clean and big. Everything was okay but the only problem is the room I got is right behind the front desk office, table and chairs for the guest to sit and have coffee. It’s was too loud in the night, can heard people talking and laughing. While I was sleeping "

"There are 2 cafe/restaurants side by side as you walk out front door.The room was very small and no place to hang clothes unless you are around 6'6' as the only closet is out of normal reach.There is no fan for the room so we smelled the bathroom odor which had a Methane gas/sewer smell.We had to keep door closed to bathroom.The door in room opened to a building 20 ft away which was horrible to look at and tenants so no privacy if you need air.Towels were not allowed according to Lara every day...
