I enjoyed the spa on 2 separate occasions, met some really cool staff, my king bed room with balcony and ocean view was quiet and had a beautiful view. Staff were friendly and helpful and I had everything I needed away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I felt like I was at home away from home there! "Excellent service. Staff was amazing and helpful. Specially concierge desk went above and beyond to fulfill my needs. Also both managers on the reception desk understood my needs and helped me to upgrade my room to 615 which was sea view . Had an excellent time with family. Will definitely go back next year"

"The whole resort was spotless and well maintained. Our room was spacious and had plenty of closet and drawer space. The bathroom was well laid out and the best shower and water pressure. Our balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean, pool and we could watch the shows at Chala Sky Bar. All staff was very friendly and the food was very good. We ate in every restaurant!
